VELDHOVEN, the Netherlands, July 14, 2010 - ASML Holding NV (ASML) today announces 2010 second quarter results according to US GAAP as follows:

Images Customer Magazine is published twice a year and features articles on products, services, support and emerging technology.

Dividend for 2009 is set at EUR 0.20 per ordinary share of EUR 0.09.

Ex-dividend date: March 26, 2010
Payment date: April 13, 2010

Annually, the Board of Management will assess the amount of dividend that will be proposed to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

ASML announced its 2010 Q1 Financial Results on Wednesday, April 14, 2010.
