In Industrial Engineering you will ensure reliability, availability, manufacturability and serviceability (RAMS) is built into every one of our systems right from the start. And that's no mean feat when you're talking about some of the most complex and advanced machines in the world.

To achieve this goal, RAMS has to be embedded in every part of our organization. So you will be working closely with colleagues from across the company as well as with external suppliers. That could mean helping Customer Support to understand what our customers need and to create solutions to deliver it. Or it could be supporting design engineers in Development & Engineering on the industrial aspects of system design and validating results.

Together with colleagues from Manufacturing & Planning, you could be responsible for developing technical and process improvements to help us meet customer expectations. Or you could be taking the improvement process beyond ASML, working with our Supply Chain department to help our suppliers improve their offering.
