Mr. Van der Poel was appointed to our Supervisory Board in March 2004 and was appointed as Chairman in 2007. Until 2001, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Philips Semiconductors. Mr. Van der Poel is a former member of the Board of Management (until April 2003) and a former member of the Group Management Committee of Royal Philips Electronics N.V. Mr. Van der Poel currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Gemalto Holding N.V. , as a member of the Supervisory Board of Royal HaskoningDHV B.V. and as the chairman of the Supervisory Board of BDR Thermea.
Mr. Fröhlich was appointed to our Supervisory Board in March 2004. He is the former Deputy Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of Akzo Nobel N.V. Mr. Fröhlich is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Randstad Holding N.V. Mr. Fröhlich also serves as a member of the Supervisory Boards of Allianz Nederland N.V. and Rexel S.A. and as a member of the Board of Directors of Prysmian Group.
Ms. Van den Burg was appointed to our Supervisory Board in March 2005. Ms. Van den Burg was a member of the European Parliament from 1999 until 2009. In 2013 Ms. Van den Burg was appointed for a second four-year mandate in the Dutch Monitoring Committee Corporate Governance Code. She also serves as chairperson of the Monitoring Foundation Dutch Insurance Companies (Stichting Toetsing Verzekeraars) and is a member of the Advisory Boards of the Dutch Data Protection Authority (College Bescherming Persoonsgegevens) and Dutch National Register of Supervisory Directors (Nationaal Register Commissarissen en Toezichthouders). Ms. Van den Burg also serves as a member of the Advisory Scientific Systemic Committee European Risk Board (ECB Frankfurt) and as a member of the Advisory Council International Affairs Commission Human Rights (Dutch Ministry Foreign Affairs).
Ms. Van der Meer Mohr was appointed to our Supervisory Board in March 2009. Since January 1, 2010, Ms. Van der Meer Mohr serves as President of the Executive Board of the Erasmus University Rotterdam. Prior to 2010 she was managing partner of the Amstelbridge Group, Senior Executive Vice President at ABN AMRO Bank, Head of Group Human Resources at TNT N.V., and held several senior executive roles at the Royal/Dutch Shell Group of Companies in various areas. Currently, Ms. Van der Meer Mohr is a member of the Supervisory Boards of Royal DSM N.V. and Duisenberg School of Finance and chairperson of the Executive Board of the Fulbright Center.
Mr. Ziebart was appointed to our Supervisory Board in March 2009. Mr. Ziebart is the Group Engineering Director of Jaguar Land Rover Ltd. Until May 2008, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Infineon Technologies AG. Before Infineon, Mr. Ziebart was on the Boards of Management of car components manufacturer Continental AG and automobile producer BMW AG. Mr. Ziebart is the chairman of the Supervisory Board of Nordex SE.
Mr. Stork was appointed to our Supervisory Board on April 23, 2014. Mr. Stork currently serves as Senior Vice President and CTO of ON Semiconductor Corporation. Prior thereto Mr. Stork held various management positions at IBM Corporation, Hewlett Packard Company, Texas Instruments, Inc. and Applied Materials, Inc. from 1982 until 2011. He served as Senior Vice President and CTO of Texas Instruments, Inc. from 2004 until 2007 and was Group Vice President and CTO of Applied Materials, Inc. from 2007 until 2011.
Mr. Stork is a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of IMEC since 2006, and was on the Board of Sematech from 2001 until 2007.
