Customer Support - Project Manager 

The sector Customer Support (CS) is responsible for the maintenance of ASML systems on customer locations, and supporting the customer in the use of these systems in his production process. The majority of the installed base consists of Deep-UV (DUV) systems. Performance improvement and cost of service are two focus areas for the Business Line DUV. CS Product and Field Support (PFS) organization enables effective local support of the customer by the worldwide service organization by providing knowledge, technical support and engineering work to the local service organizations. The CS DUV Program department, part of CS PFS, manages projects and programs for introduction of new technologies and improvements of existing installed base in the ASML worldwide service organization. The challenge of the Project Manager DUV is to act as a change manager to support the performance improvement initiatives in the installed base, working with the local sites.

Customer Support - Supplier Service Manager
