Business Engineer 

Within ASML, the Customer Support (CS) sector is responsible for maintenance, repair and continuous improvement of ASML systems at customer locations. CS consists of three segments: • New Product Introduction & Node Transition (NPI&NTR) • High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) • Asset Re-utilization (ARU) The NPI&NTR segments drives industrialization of new products transitioning to HVM and extends ASML platform capabilities to meet customer performance roadmaps. The segment consists of ~ 1000 fte, globally covering 7 customer sites (Taiwan, South Korea, US, ...) and supporting departments in Veldhoven.

Technical Instructor/Developer 

As a Technical Instructor/Developer you will be responsible for developing then delivering high quality technical training to engineers (mainly) from the Customer Support (CS) sector. You will also be responsible for creating training solutions to issues reported from CS engineers in the Field.
