Customer Support - Business Engineer (New Product Introduction & Node Transition) 

Within ASML, the Customer Support (CS) sector is responsible for maintenance, repair and continuous improvement of ASML systems at customer locations. CS consists of three segments: New Product Introduction & Node Transition (NPI&NTR); High Volume Manufacturing (HVM); Asset Re-utilization (ARU). The NPI&NTR segments drives industrialization of new products transitioning to HVM and extends ASML platform capabilities to meet customer performance roadmaps. The segment consists of ~ 1000 fte, globally covering 7 customer sites (Taiwan, South Korea, US, ...) and supporting departments in Veldhoven.
