ASML Special Applications supports customers with tailor-made solutions to continuously expand their installed base performance in today's challenging environment. The Special Applications markets are characterized by a large quantity of medium to small customers. The resources at these customers to introduce new equipment in their production line are typically limited. The Applications Support group is actively engaged to help out our customers in that area.
We assist by supporting the new installed equipment at your facility so you can get started with your production as quickly as possible and have a fast time to market. Start-up process integration support is tailored to each specific application. The details can consist of reticle layout and test to Job Definition, alignment mark definition, imaging, and alignment strategy for your specific processes.
With the new developments at ASML Special Applications the group is also actively involved with these latest technologies. Specialist will support Beta tests and sustain these new developments as they are introduced to our customers.
Besides that, the Applications Support group also develops new processes for the Compound Semiconductors industry as well as for the other application markets such as Microsystems. Specific knowledge in the area of Color filter materials for CCD- or CMOS-Image Sensor technology is available in this group. We also have supporting material for high aspect ratio imaging in Durimide™ resist.
