Corporate Structure
ASML Holding N.V. is incorporated under Dutch law and has a two-tier board structure. Responsibility for the management of ASML lies with the Board of Management; the Supervisory Board, composed of independent, non-executive members, in turn supervises and advises the members of the Board of Management in performing their management tasks.
