ASML has a procedure for reporting issues with respect to the Code of Conduct, including complaints of a financial nature (Whistleblower's Policy). Reporting can be done without repercussions if done in good faith. You may send an anonymous communication to the Ethics Officer at ASML. You can do so directly by sending an email to ethicsoffice@asml.com
You may also use the SpeakUp Service by either calling a local telephone number or sending a message via the internet from any computer (even from home). Click on the name of the country in which you are located to go to the webservice. Anonymity is guaranteed.
