The Supervisory Board, upon recommendation by the Remuneration Committee, determines the remuneration of the members of the Board of Management. The remuneration is determined in accordance with the Remuneration Policy adopted by ASML’s AGM on April 24, 2013, with adjustments as adopted by ASML's AGM on April 23, 2014 and April 22, 2015.
