Introduction

Are you a senior software engineer experienced in large-scale, enterprise applications? Do you want to take your career on the next level of technical complexity?

At ASML, our Development & Engineering Software cluster has over 1500 engineers working on the complex software that controls our machines.

Would you like to be part of this team?

Come to our event in Veldhoven and talk to our colleagues, get a flavor of the company spirit and see our latest innovations.

If you like what you see, you might be offered a job at ASML. So take the next step in your career and join the event!

Job Mission

ASML is leading in the worldwide development, production and sales of high end lithography systems for the semiconductor industry.

We make machines that make chips; the hearts of the devices that keep us informed, entertained and safe; that improve our quality of life and help to tackle the world’s toughest problems. We build some of the most amazing machines that you will ever see, and the software to run them.

We offer a highly complex, precise and dynamic technological context. Our lithography systems operate at the edge of what is technically possible: we control positioning to the nanometer and temperature to the millikelvin, even as modules in our machines accelerate faster than a fighter jet at takeoff!

Building the hardware that is capable of such features is just half of the equation: we also need the software that can realize that performance, in real time, every hour of every day, 365 days a year.

Job Description

At ASML, software engineers work in three different software expertise fields. Next to the embedded software that controls our machines, we also build pure software products – based on sophisticated simulations of our lithography systems – that help our customers to optimize chip designs for manufacturability. A third type of software, finally, is the glue between different machines: taking in measurements, calculating the necessary corrections and feeding them back to the lithography system to keep its performance stable.

The event on October 6th is your chance to meet and discuss with most of our managers from the biggest groups of our Software cluster: Machine Control & Infrastructure, Extreme Ultra Violet Source, Embedded Software, Metrology, Software Architecture & Integration.

We are growing across all departments and we are looking to bring many talented senior software engineers on board to design, test and integrate our software.

Do you want to be invited to the event? Apply below and send us your CV before 29th of September 2017.
