Job Mission

Job Description

- Be functional owners of the main HR systems (e.g. HR4U, HROK) and responsible for local HR reporting, analytics and maintenance.
- Deliver and support reliable, relevant and consistent HR data with details.
- Follow global guideline to support global HR process execution and able to manage local HR process execution enabled by various systems.
- Manage organization information, maintain changes upon business needs.
- Constantly monitor system performance and identify processes that need improvement and provide relevant system support including researching and resolving problems.
- Gather HRIS data using built-in reporting tools, perform data analysis to ensure the system is properly recording specific metrics.
- Create user guide and procedures, assist in training users to develop the understanding of the system.

• People Development Support
- Arrange vendor, venue, accommodation and materials for the inhouse trainings
- Create PR/PO and monitor payment process (tax invoice, cost allocation)


• Bachelor’s Degree or above


- 3 years or more experience in relavant field
- Data management experience is preferred
