Then we have excitingopportunities within the Sensors department of the Development &Engineering sector of ASML. The sensors developed in this department are keyfor the ASML business drivers overlay, imaging, focus and throughput.
Contribute to the improvement of the leading edge optical sensor (LevelSensor) by designing, creating, integrating and testing solutions to issues /escalations from ASML factory or customers.
As LeadEngineer in our Sensors department you will be a key player in amultidisciplinary environment that leads implementation of improvements of theLevel Sensor following up to issues or escalations in the ASML DUV or EUVfactory, or at our customers. You will have to demonstrate your skills in thebelow activities:
·(Coordination of)Pre-investigation of problems, contacts with factory and customer support
·Analysis and modeling of problems in the performanceof our leading-edge optical sensors systems.
·Definition of containments for the problem
·Root cause analysis (incl. system tests) anddefinition of solution direction
·Implementation of solution with the help ofcross-disciplinary team
·Verification of the sensor performance afterimplementation of the solution
·Communication to stakeholders
You will work in closecooperation with colleagues from many disciplines in- and outside ASML. Stronginterpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are crucial in thisdynamic environment. You will manage ASML internal stakeholders, and are incontact with suppliers and other external parties where needed. You areexpected to be flexible, ambitious, and willing to develop yourself.
At least technical Bachelorin physics, optics or engineering.
·Several years of work experience as independentengineer, preferably within ASML (D&E, factory or CS)
·Experience with Level Sensor integration,troubleshooting and maintenance is a clear advantage
·Proven experience with issue and escalationhandling in technically complex environment
·Solid background on design of experiments, dataanalysis and presentation
·Track record of integrating and testing hardwarein complex technical systems
·Experience with stakeholder management incomplex organization
·Preferably experience with data analysis using MATLAB
·Takes the initiative, creative and is willing tolearn and adapt quickly
·Flexible and committed team player
·Pragmatic attitude, result orientation with ananalytical view and structured way of working.
·Excellent command of the English language.
·Strong communication skills, knows how to conveycomplex topics in an understandable fashion.
