In SanDiego, CA, ASML seeks Senior Project Leader to manage the engineeringactivities within a Development Program as a Main Deliverable Owner (MDO),including creating and tracking schedules, performance targets, resource plans,and general planning activities for integration engineering deliverables;ensure that the proper elements of the Product Development Process (PDP) areknown and adhered to and assesses risk and mitigation strategies; coordinatedevelopment activities to ensure cross-program communication; manage systemintegration and release of deliverables from D&E projects; own integrationdeliverables (qualified BoM/SW release, qualified build/setup and testsequence, qualified non-commercial upgrade packages); report on deliverable statusand quality toward project lead, program and line management; ownintegration/release strategy for baseline/package(s) with integration team androll up to Masterplan with integration project lead; contribute todecision-making (Definition MP/Integration strategy plus influencing decision);own bottom-up integration plan; plan work over prototype systems; own, manageand report on bottom-up differences between machine plans and integration plan;manage critical path of integration and issues for deliverables; roll-up towardTop-X lists and report product level impact; design and own the issue handlingWoW, maintain issue lists (or delegate), host issue meetings; report onintegration quality toward end customers and make proposals for structuralimprovements; plan, coordinate and coach the system integration project team toreduce system integration-related product risks as efficiently as possible andto prepare and deliver all process and product outputs mentioned in SIDepartment WoW; document (delegated) tasks and responsibilities; organize thealignment with other main deliverable teams, system engineering, deliveringD&E projects, other integration departments, manufacturing and CS; managetiming and risk of incoming deliverables; manage stakeholders by setting thenecessary communication meetings, reports etc. to minimize escalations;escalate when needed to program and line management; and assume engineeringresponsibility for test development, data acquisition, analysis, and reporting.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineeringor a closely-related field and 4 years of development experience with 3 yearsof previous engineering experience as an individual contributor followed by aminimum of 1 year of project management experience leading complex technicalprojects/activities; product development experience utilizing phase gate orsimilar product development process guidelines and experience usingConfiguration Control tools such as SAP required.Apply online at (W/M/Vets/Disability) employer.
