Introduction

Lead Country TA delivery
• Make annual country recruitment plan based on TAP demand, HR People Plans and Sector People Agenda, discuss feasibility and prioritization, plan resources (people and budget)
• Steer daily TA operations, covering internal and external fix hires, JG 1-11, make interventions when needed to secure delivery, all according to ASML policies (like GDPR) and local law
• Continuously improve TA delivery, via execution of Global TA Programs (e.g. Quality of Hire), operational excellence (optimization of processes, systems and reporting) and/or Sector or Country specific initiatives
• Initiate Talent Sourcing Programs to secure a sustainable high quality talent pipeline
• Set up collaboration with universities and other relevant institutions
• All in strong collaboration with business leaders, HR line, HR SC, other Expertise functions and Labor Market Comms

Manage the Country TA team
• Manage and develop the people on the team

Recruitment Expert
• Being the Lead Recruiter for critical and leadership roles
• Vendor management / Agency engagement

MT member
• As member of HR Country MT responsible for the strategic direction of country TA and alignment between TA and country

People Plan
• As member of Global TA MT, secure country interests are incorporated in Global Programs, influence and support further development and maturity of Global TA function as a whole
• Ensure consistency with Global TA Expertise and the Global HR Framework

Professional
• Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred)
• >10 years of HR or TA experience

▪ Stakeholder Management skills, builds trusted relationships easily on all levels within the organization.
