This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with applicants who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.

As a Senior Benefits Specialist at ASML, your key focus areas initially with be Health & Welfare, leaves and HSA programs.If you thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment and love to tap into your benefits expertise to help strategize to resolve current/future problems as well as aid ASML employees as they make important Benefits decisions to fit their personal needs.You will be responsible for assisting with the administration and management of all benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, and 401(k) plan. Each day will offer a variety of tasks for you to tackle across key focus areas including but not limited to:

  • US benefit programs including group health and welfare, life, disability and 401(k) programs.
  • Manage online benefits portal
  • Leave of absence process – TPA vendor management, policy implementation and input on policy updates as needed, as well as regular guidance to US HR Service Center on leave administration

Other areas within the scope of this role:

  • Wellness programs and activities and onsite contractor

·Benefits inquiries/ complaints (2nd tier) and escalate issues to Benefits Director/Committee for resolution as needed

  • Manage the annual audit and compiling reports/census data for the annual non-discrimination testing
  • 401(k) administration, education, new program rollout
  • Policy writing and updates
  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications

·Strong experience in US health and welfare programs including US Leave of Absence regulations (FMLA, CFRA, PDL, PFL, etc)

·7+ years of relevant analytical work experience including ERISA/DOL/IRS compliance as it relates to employee benefit plans and Affordable Care Act regulations, or equivalent education and experience.

·Experience with online benefits portals including maintenance, set up and testing for open enrollment and new programs

·Individual with a customer focus have developed the acumen to cultivate and develop lasting customer relations.

·Strong preference for Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business or related field.

·Strong English written and verbal communication skills.

·Demonstrated skill in resolving problems with a customer service focus.

·Demonstrated skill in collecting and analyzing data, evaluating information and systems, and drawing logical conclusions.

·Ability to translate, statistically analyze data, and effectively report problems through written and/or graphical formats.

·Excellent customer service skills, with an advanced understanding of customer relationship building.

·Superior Excel skills as well as the ability to proficiently use MS Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
