Job Description

Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors and notifying their hosts of their arrival. Receptionist maintains a log of visitors and issues badges to visitors. Greets visitors from other ASML plants and gives them access cards when applicable. Receptionist is responsible for answering incoming calls, and receiving and delivering mail. Receptionist has additional clerical responsibilities for weekly reports, maintenance of emergency phone list, and requires access to SAP and Intranet. In addition the receptionist will act as a backup to the Intel badging process, Intel account services for BRES, and assist in scheduling MyLearning classes for US employees.


H.S. Diploma or equivalent is required, or equivalent experience.


Experience in an office environment preferred. Experience in a clerical role or accounts payable is a plus. Experience with ERP system, SAP, Oracle, is a plus.

Personal skills

Must be detail oriented, able to multitask. Good face/name recognition skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Pleasant demeanor, and professional appearance.
