Job Mission

Support the administrative function of the regional Customer Support office.

Job Description

-MyLearning Administration: Maintain and distribute various lists and reports. Input and maintain databases. Independently execute Personnel-, Financial- and Facility Management- Administrative actions. Keep procedures and instructions up to date in the department and keep the involved people informed. Schedule the various MyLearning activities needed to support Hillsboro, USA wide, and Intel account team as required.
-Service Coordinator Support: Support the activities of the office/department and act as a service or logistic coordinator if necessary. Ensure the availability and distribution of office supplies. Assist management with planning, informing and assignment of resources for the execution of tasks, training and vacations.
-Reports: Work out and distribute various reports. On request search for and dispatch sorted and checked information like surveys and reports. Maintain files and databases to support the department/regional activities.
-Know how: Obtain and maintain knowledge of the concerning administrations in relation to the concerning business. Solve problems or get them solved. Transmit knowledge to colleagues within the office, like breaking a new colleague in.
-Improvements: Suggest and contain to improvements concerning the delivery of data, use of commands in databases and existing working methods.
-Reports: Register, summarize and balance timesheets and attendance/absence reports.
-Communication: Support in communication by answering and directing phone calls. Ensure timely actions/follow up on requests.


Advanced vocational education level, Associate's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.


Administrative knowledge and a minimum of 2 year work experience with various computer programs, with a strong focus on SAP (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point).
