As a Change Specialist at ASML San Jose, you play a critical role as part of the Configuration Management (CM) Team.You are responsible for managing and maintaining quality within the Engineering change planning and implementation while minimizing cost and processing time.By employing your technical acumen within change management as well as your project management skills, you will work side-by-side collaboratively with the project team from the ECR (Engineering Change Request) stage through Go-No Go Decision making process and then plan potential ECO (Engineering Change Order).This role is a hybrid of project coordination and change specialist skill sets.

Each day will present new and exciting challenges are you tackle tasks including but not limited to:

·Prepare Change Request and Change Order with Project team for implementation in Development and Operation

·Prepare agenda and chair the Change Control Board (CCB) meeting

·Coordinateproject team to establish a change implementation plan

·Drive execution in close alignment with Project Lead(s) and/or Product Development Manager

·Review documents for completeness and accuracy

·Synchronizes BOM/item between BOM platform and ERP platform

·Initiate, monitor and control the implementation of approved Change orders

·Contributes to safeguard the Configuration Management policy in daily execution

·Tackle tasks related to change management and ECRs/ECOs in a systematic way in order to ensure quality and consistency.

Qualifications

·BS in electrical, mechanical and/or a closely related engineering degree with 2+ years’ work experience in a relevant role.

·Experience in operations, ability to support change and Implementation planning across D&E and operations envisioning possible impact downstream.

·Experience in Configuration Management with complex Bills of Material (BOM).

·Strong communication to influence without power.

·Demonstrate effective, constructive cooperation in cross-sector teams.

·Highly organized, excellent attention to detail.

·Strong project management skills in facilitating projects/activities.

·Strong English communication skills – both written and verbal.

·Ability and willingness to travel approximately 10%.

·Strong knowledge of and experience with MS Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

·Configuration Management certified (CMII) preferred.

·Knowledge of product design workflow relevant to the semiconductor equipment manufacturing process is a plus.
