TheFreight Infrastructure Manager Asia is positioned in Taiwan and is responsibleto a) drive the compliant usage of our Transport Management System to secureright decision making within our global supply chain, b) analyze cost levels inthe Asia region and determine and implement improvements, c) cooperate with our3PL’s and the regions to safeguard On Time Delivery of our products to ourcustomers. In this position you will be responsible to manage a group ofnon-direct reports to achieve our ambitions.

- KeyAreas of Responsibility (KAR’s)

1. Prepare and validate the gapbetween the current Transport Management System (TMS) adherence and the desiredlevels
2. Determine and execute planto manage the gap towards those levels together with stakeholders
3. Connect to the project team toalign on scope, plan, tracking and report on TMS adoption deliverables
4. Get a profound understandingof transportation network and the associated cost levels in the Asia region
5. Determine, implement andreport on sustainable cost improvements in our transportation network
6. Ensure ASML products are deliveredon time to our customers against agreed SLA’s through regular communication andalignment between the shipping team, our 3PL’s and stakeholders

Education level: Master or Bachelor


From5 to 10 year of experience in complex supply chains.

Strong Logistics knowledge and experience in Transportation and Transport Management Systems
Strong analytical skills
Operational process expert,
Project Management skills e.g. Green Belt or equivalent
Office application knowledge
Industry Knowledge
Profound level of English speaking and writing
Leadership and Cultural awareness
Presentation Skills to different levels of the organization
Experience of using SAP is a plus

Position in the RequisitionLocal chain:
The Freight Infrastructure Manager Asia provides thetools to drive further automation of shipments process execution and enables networkoptimization and cost management. The specialists works with other infrastructurespecialists in freight, warehousing and customs to jointly manage thecapability of our logistics network. Main stakeholders are in Customer SupplyChain Management in local service organizations, 3PL’s, service warehouses, factorywarehouses, Supplier Network Management and Procurement
