As a Technical Training Specialist at ASML San Jose, you will be responsible for analyzing training needs, developing curriculum, measuringand reporting of trainingeffectiveness and individual employee growth. As a Training professional, you possess an innate ability to develop effective learning program to excel D&E (Development & Engineering) employees in their current role and career development, to enable a talented workforce to deliver professional competence and cutting edge technology. Each day will present new and exciting challenges as you complete a variety of tasks including but not limited to:

Duties & Responsibilities:

·Author and organize training systems procedural manuals and supporting documentation

·Partner with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to conduct learning needs assessment ,ensure conformity withtraining objectives and develops training plans as needed

·Identify high level solution, work with Learning Expertise Support team to develop learning programs

·Manage project resources to ensure program deliverables are completed in scope and on schedule.

·Develop, implement, and deliver training programs for varying levels of individuals within D&E competence group

·Maintain continual education support materials to be used for reference once training has been completed.

·Continually evaluate training progress and training procedures to monitor and analyze course effectiveness and update curriculum as needed.

·Research and share knowledge about modern workplace learning, informal and social learning, remains up-to-date on technological relevant to the industry.

·Deliver already-developed content at times, while developing coursework and content other times depending upon the shifting needs of the teams supported.

·Organize, schedule training and coordinate logistics such as instructional material, handouts, evaluation forms as needed

Qualifications

·Master or Bachelor degree, preferably in Science, Technology or an equivalent technical background

·2+ years of experience in learning and development in a high tech related environment.

·Experience with Modern Workplace learning (informal and social learning, collaboration, use of social media).

·Proven ability and skill in curriculum development.

·Project management skills

·Proven ability to teach complex technical subjects to a diverse audience.

·Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

·Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) credential preferred
