Logistics coordinator is responsible for logistics activity by performing 3rd. party management, cost control, inbound/outbound, scrap, return to factory, and administrative and clerical duties based on requirements by stakeholders.

Job Mission

In this role you will be part of the CSCM Korea. You will be responsible for:
- Driving logistics operational excellence
- Control 3PL performance (Local warehousing and domestic delivery)
- Logistics cost control
- Executing and leading logistics project

Job Description

Logistics operational process
- Logistics process optimization (Standardize, Streamline, Simplify)
- Daily / Weekly / Monthly logistics reporting (inventory aging, local warehouse space utilization, shelf life, scrap, critical inventory, overdue engineering stock, etc)
- Factory return process
- Inventory optimization by removing inefficient inventories

Control 3PL performance
- 3PL operational accuracy (on time goods receiving, on time delivery lead-time to customer, inventory accuracy, cycle counting)
- Daily operational backlog control at local warehouse
- Measure 3PL operational performance (KPI) compared to SLA (service level agreement) contract
- Remove operational error and setup corrective action & preventive action
- Safety control & Risk management

Logistics cost control
- Review logistics cost
- Monthly 3PL payment process

Logistics project
- SAP – WMS system interface
- Local warehouse infra project (relocation, expansion)
- Cost saving project


- Bachelor degree or above in logistics & biz administration


- Min. 5 years working experience in logistics & administrative operation (In semi conduct industry preferred)
- 3rd party logistics control experience
- SAP operation and advanced excel skill preferred
- Knowledge and experience of ASML and its products is preferred.
- Good command of Korean & English both written & spoken
