Job Mission

As Business Information Engineer in our Global Quality Department, you develop, structure and drive the reporting to secure end-to-end process quality with emphasis on cross-sector processes

Job Description

- Develop and structure cross-sector operational Critical-to-Quality steering information to enable us to serve our customers
- Develop in-sector operational steering information to enable improvements and close quality gaps
- Support operational responsible colleagues to work with the best steering information for their job
- Do deep-dives to support root cause analyses
- Identify improvements in efficiency and effectiveness of current reporting landscape
- Provide expertise and consultancy based on business need
- Analyze, re-engineer and structure (reporting) processes

Education

Relevant technical degree, e.g. industrial engineering, software engineering.

Experience

- Knowledge of high-tech production processes, specifically the Product Generation Process and/or program management
- Experience with data analytics, report building (esp. SpotFire), data joining
- Experience in one or more of the following fields: industrial engineering, process engineering, supplier quality management,quality management and product development of technically complex products
- Experience in process improvement

- Excellent ability to build bridges between the sectors and departments
- Strong communication skills, good listener, with the ability to translate data into information (verbally and/or written format)
