This is an apprentice or graduation assignment for a Bachelor or Master student in either Human Resources,Organizational studies or Educational studies.
ASML has been growing in a fast pace in the last 4 years, we are in needto hire and develop more leaders within a short period of time. The OperationsLeadership Academy is set up to help us realize our ambition on leadershipcompetency development and support such transition, which includes the tailormade approach, including gap-analysis.
- Support the design and delivery of Operations specific programs
- Support the design and roll-out of a leadership development guide
- Support in the analysis and reporting on strategic leadership development initiatives
You are a Bachelor or Master student in either Human Resources,Organizational studies or educational studies with strong affinity with Peopleand Management Development.
This assignment has a duration of 6 months and you are able to start inAugust 2019 for 5 days per week. This assignment is suitable for bothapprentice and graduation interns (non-thesis).
You have an interest in a career in HRM & People development. Youhave good communication skills and you are hands-on within an international,fast-paced setting context. You are fluent in English both in conversations andin writing. Additionally, you’re a conceptual thinker as well as analytical.
Please keep inmind that we can only consider students (who are enrolled at a school duringthe whole internship period) for our internships and graduation assignments.
