This is an apprentice or graduation assignment for a Bachelor or Master student in either Human Resources, Organizational studies or Educational studies.
ASML has been growing in a fast pace in the last 4 years, we are in need to hire and develop more leaders within a short period of time. The Operations Leadership Academy is set up to help us realize our ambition on leadership competency development and support such transition, which includes the tailor made approach, including gap-analysis.
- Support the design and delivery of Operations specific programs
- Support the design and roll-out of a leadership development guide
- Support in the analysis and reporting on strategic leadership development initiatives
You are a Bachelor or Master student in either Human Resources, Organizational studies or educational studies with strong affinity with People and Management Development.
This assignment has a duration of 6 months and you are able to start asap for 5 days per week. This assignment is suitable for both apprentice and graduation interns (non-thesis).
You have an interest in a career in HRM & People development. You have good communication skills and you are hands-on within an international, fast-paced setting context. You are fluent in English both in conversations and in writing. Additionally, you’re a conceptual thinker as well as analytical.
Please keep in mind that we can only consider students (who are enrolled at a school during the whole internship period) for our internships and graduation assignments.
