Context of the position
As the 3rd line and the central department within customer support organization, we aim to be <12hrs on diagnosing the problem and delivering the action plan with effectively identified root cause by running with close team work between AS/EU/NA 3 continental GSCs 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, never stop.
