This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with applicants who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
The Talent Acquisition Sr. Manager (Talent Acquisition Leader) is responsible for the talent acquisition delivery across 3 locations in California (1 large office in San Diego & 2 in San Jose).You will be leading a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, Sourcers & Coordinators.You will provide direction on practices and procedures for recruiting and sourcing candidates for all levels of positions.You willreport to the US Head of Recruiting and be part of the US Talent Acquisition leadership team.
This role is critical in the success of the business.You will partner with employment branding for consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns.Align on annual workforce target and provide guidance to management on employment matters and/or affirmative action plans, as applicable.Using metrics and data to inform stakeholders on hiring trends, turnover rates, candidate feedback, best practices & innovative recruitment plans.Selects, develops, and evaluates team to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
·Manages key business partner relationships and provides recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers to effectively deliver the most optimal recruiting solutions.
·Develop and maintain recruitment partner relationships across a variety of channels.
·Vendor Management and Direct accountability for all hiring at the San Diego location.
·Design innovative recruiting strategies to address critical and niche positions.
·Manages and guides the Talent Acquisition Partners, holds each Partner accountable to fill assigned job openings, and assists in the further development of staff competencies.
·In partnership with US Recruitment leader, develops recruitment strategies such as job posting optimization, recruiting channel development, job board procurement, and company branding to facilitate the talent acquisition process.
·Work with US Recruiting leadership on process improvement and operational excellence.
·Acts as a subject matter expert and is viewed as the go-to person on matters of recruiting process, candidate markets, competitive talent intelligence, and sourcing strategies.
·Outreach activities related to Diversity, Veterans Hiring, University Relations and Affirmative Action.
·Assists with the development and monitoring of Talent Acquisition reporting and analytics to monitor performance levels and drive strategic improvements.
·Work with external recruitment agencies and negotiates contract terms and fees.
·Direct key leadership/critical positions through the full life-cycle recruiting process, including candidate sourcing, tracking, interviewing and extending job offers.
·Works on various projects in department as needed including planning, resource allocation, staffing budgets, and alternate channel identification.
·Build relationships with key business stakeholders on site.
·Collect site staffing demand and in cooperation with U.S. Recruitment lead translate into yearly site recruitment plan.
·Guide and monitor recruitment operations on site as first point of escalation.
·Diversity / EEO / Affirmative Action reporting.
·Travel as required.
·Bachelor's degree required, with at least 12 years of progressive recruitment and staffing experience.
·5 years of management experience required.
·Experience using and maintaining an Applicant Tracking System.
·Proven creative candidate sourcing skills, including the use of social media.
·Strong project management skills with an ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
·Thorough knowledge of employment, benefit and labor laws.
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills and highly developed interpersonal skills.
·Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a global organization.
·Proven ability to run meetings, present reports and make presentations.
·Experience in Diversity Recruiting or other related outreach activities highly preferred.
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·Excellent customer service skills, with an advanced understanding of customer relationship building.
·Ability to translate, statistically analyzes data, and effectively report problems through written and/or graphical formats.
·Understanding or evolving technologies and web-based solutions to create more timely and efficient work processes.
·Proven ability to motivate, coach and manage people and projects in a fast-paced matrixed technology environment.
·Enthusiasm for change and willingness to champion new programs to advance the staffing goals of the corporation.
·Excellent influencing interpersonal skills and group presentation skills.
·Ability to involve and motivate others in a team environment and foster and gain support of new programs from stakeholders.
·Knowledge of all legislation and compliance relating to employment.
·Ability to use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and electronic e-mail systems.
