Can you independently function as the Agile Service Management expert, supporting our Value streams and DevOps teams in implementing robust IT services towards our internal customers in our Agile DevOps way of working?

The Agile Service Management expert is acting as a service management competence lead that supports Value Streams and DevOps teams to define, implement and continuously improve IT Service management processes for our business- and technical services. Next to that the Agile Service management expert drives the process of creating / shaping processes and procedures for incident and change management towards agile principles that comply to ASML audit requirements.
As service management expert you will advise Value Streams and DevOps teams on the organizational and technical aspects of implementing and improving IT Service Management processes. You will improve existing IT Service Management capabilities or reengineer and implement ITSM processes.
You are responsible for defining the Ops part of DevOps for IT services in the domain of Big Data and Advanced Analytics which are delivered to one or more ASML sectors. As agile service management expert you drive setting up and continuously improve agile service management processes within DevOps teams.
Together with Value Stream managers and DevOps teams you work on new and changed services based upon the service roadmap.
Besides the above mentioned skills you will also:
-Initiate periodic service management audits
-Provide feedback on maturity level
-Provide advice on where to improve and how
-Consultancy: Service management consultancy
-Support new and existing value streams with implementing, optimizing or improving Ops
-Where do you start? What is needed?
-How do you implement Agile service management processes?
HBO+ level or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-10+ years of experience in relevant business and/or IT roles;
-At least 7 years of experience as a delivery or service manager (of equivalent) on senior level;
-Proven experience of service strategy;
-Content of contracts, master service agreements, governance schedules, price schedules, terms and conditions;
-Strong knowledge of risk and control frameworks like SoX, CobIT, ISO and financial processes like Forecast, Budget and Charge-out regime;
-ITIL Service Management processes;
-Working in DevOps teams;
-Good customer focus and customer facing skills;
-Taking and driving ownership;
-Shows initiative and problem solving attitude;
-Strong negotiation and influencing skills;
-Excellent presentation and communication skills and proficiency in the English language;
-Challenges self and invests energy in order to achieve optimum results, even in critical settings and beyond own area of expertise;
-Stays focused in highly demanding circumstances and maintains personal effectiveness despite barriers, set-backs or in situations of high uncertainty; proactively adapts plans and behaviors to remain flexible and open to change.
Context of the position
At ASML we invent, develop and manufacture world-leading high tech lithography machines for our chip making customers. These tailor-made machines can image billions of structures in a few seconds with an accuracy of a few silicon atoms.
