The HR Service Center is the first point of contact within ASML when it comes to questions about personnel and salary administration, the entire inflow and outflow, the time registration system and other programs. We are strong as a team to work efficiently and in a solution-oriented way, whereby we look at the quality of each team member and use it. In addition, there is room for personal development so that you can develop yourself as a full-fledged intern. In addition, as a starting HR professional you can count on the support and trust of the HR Service Center team, because "Together you can move forward".
Your internship will take place within the HR Service Center. You will gain valuable experiences in a very dynamic environment. You will receive expert, practical guidance and get the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative team environment and to gain experience.
During this internship you will support the HR Service Center as part of the team. You will learn different HR processes, become familiar with these administrative skills and apply them. We work on these tasks in a team context, where communication skills are important. During the process there is a fixed point of contact, who will guide you through the work within a clear framework.
You are a vocational or Bachelor student in HR, Management Support or related. You have an affinity with administrative tasks, where a sense of responsibility for your own work is very important.
You master the Dutch language both verbally and in writing. You are motivated and work accurately.
Knowledge of the English language is an advantage.
The preference is for an internship period of 1 year, given the induction period of 6 months.
However, we are open to other options. We can makethe school assignments suitable for the various work processes within the HR Service Center.
This is an apprentice internship with a starting date in August/September for 4-5 days per week.
Please keep in mind that we can only consider students (who are enrolled at a school during the whole internship period.) for our internships and graduation assignments.
