Job Description

Infrastructure/ Operations
• Establish a support infrastructure (eg: warehouse, network solutions) and drive operational processes to manage the flow of service parts/tools/commercial upgrades and machine deliveries to customer, as well as reverse logistics
• Drive improvement on the basis of agreed KPI and maintain regular reporting and review of performance.
• Configure departmental budgeting aligned with business plan and manage expenditures accordingly
• Develop opportunities in continuous achievement of efficiency gains.
• Drive improvement on agreed KPI with 3PLs, together with the Trade & Infrastructure department

Education

BS/MS

Experience

• 3 years relevant experience in a large international company, ideally Supply Chain Management, Operations or Procurement/Sales background
• Knowledge of business complexity, supply chain and relevant markets
• A strategic thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills, decision making skills, people management skills, project management skills
• Highly analytical and able to organize and prioritize workload.
• Experience with change management and Continuous Improvement Programs
• Familiar with ERP; SAP experience is preferred

Personal skills

• Customer dedicated and service minded, especially understanding semiconductor industry is preferred
• Leadership skills, drive for results, act under high pressure
• Result oriented, convincing
• Pro-active and “can do” mentality
• Capable to make deep-dive analyses whilst maintaining top-level overview regarding problem & solutions
• Excellent professional communication in English.
• Experience with working in a multi-cultural environment
