Job Description

Engineer take the response installation and relocation.
Engineer will take install and relocation coordinator roll which communicate with JP customer and ASML’s install engineer.
Coordinator will travel to all Japan customer site or WW customer site. Coordinator will take below Job.
-Pre installation coordinator
-Mechanical installation coordinator
-Integration coordinator
-Update machine progress to Customer by Japanese and English
-Make daily report to Customer by Japanese and English
-Taking leadership Customer meeting


up to technical college


For ASML internal: over 3 year ASML Field Service or install or upgrade Engineer experience is preferred.

For outside from ASML :Preferably experience with Semiconductor tool/equipment or complex mechatronics systems (Aerospace, Robotics, Factory Automation, Actuators, Motion control or industries with related technologies)

Experience/knowledge with photographic exposure manufacturing process, application or etching manufacturing process, inspection equipment, film equipment Industrial Machinery (Electronics) Service/Maintenance experience are preferred

Personal skills

Coordinator has skills about

-English communication skills (TOEIC score 600 level )
-Native Japanese communication skills
-Basic skills of Mechanical and electronics
-Respect teamwork
We will work all japan customer site and WW customer site .
We will business trip to all Japan and WW.

Context of the position

Supporting platform is mainly NXT , Krf Dry ,Arf Dry and YS systems.
Coordinator stay customer site by 5x8 hours and rotation standby in off hour and weekend. Sometimes need to do extend or shift working (12 hours , day or night) in case trouble or urgent situations.
Communicate customer and installation engineer about Day by day operation
Escalate issue to upper line in case need

Other information

Most important is , We will communicate with Japan customer and install engineer come from outside Japan . We will deliver ASML’s message to JP Customer and deliver JP customer message to internal ASML using Japanese and English .
