Job Description

-Plan and prepare the TAP for NPI Hillsboro.
-Main responsibilities include developing and communicating the cost center demand numbers to local managers, balancing the input/requirements of Capacity Planning, local managers, and Finance to come to a proposed budget,create appeals if necessary, prepare and present the TAP proposal, and manage and guide the proposal through the approval process.
-Partner with HR, DUV, EUV and finance to track and manage Hillsboro manpower with a focus on staying under budget. Responsibilities include updating and distributing multiple reports and answering manpower questions from local management and external sources.
-Work on any assigned tasks or projects as needed within the office. Examples include Visitor Roster management, Overtime Reports, Sprint Data Analysis, and Blueprint simulations.
-Team structure: Reports to: Sr. Manager Expertise.
-Key interfaces: Sector: team leads, (sr) managers.


-BA degree in Business Administration or HR, or equivalent experience.
-C&B: legal / economic education required.


-3 - 5 years working experience.
-Processes: Personnel Information Systems and SAP experience.
-Recruitment: Affinity within highly technical environment.
-Functional competencies and skills: Executes processes within own area of expertise. Is able to answer questions from customers in the organization in a professional way. Uses knowledge in the own specialization-field to suggest improvements. Supports rollout of HR&O instruments/methodologies/solutions. Collects, analyzes and reports management information. Show interest in developments outside ASML in own area of expertise. Participates in expertise projects. Explain policies to the HR Line.
-Specific for C&B: Supports C&B and HR colleagues, Communicates with employees and suppliers (ITA)
-Specific for Recruitment: Actively manages stakeholders by understanding business, client and candidate. Demonstrates willingness to learn about the expertise market (outside ASML). Is able to build a network.
-Specific for Processes on country/regional level: Measures and identifies key KPIs for organization. Knows way in organization to get the right information. Is able to verify and validate information with key stakeholders. Demonstrates basic knowledge of Business Intelligence and good knowledge of HR processes. Acts as an advisor and understands/acts on needs of internal customers.
