Job Mission

Assistant Field Service focus on tool performance of customer fab. Our daily with SMART method on field operation. We co-work with different department to make high performance system on customer site.

Job Description

1.Present Daily , Weekly , Quarterly ,and Annually Prevent maintainin customer side
2.Report abnormal tools status
3.Tool's Base line data collection and instant issue handling
4.Basic trouble-shooting handling and root cause analysis
5.Report writing on time
6.Tool installation , maintained and trouble-shooting
7.Understanding customer requirement and supporting
8.Short term Supporting for different location in TW
9.On duty/On call sheet required
10.Should expect to spend more than 50% of the time inside the clean room working with mechanical and electrical equipment

Education

1.Bachelor above.
2.Major in science-related fields.
3.Computer Science and Information Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Electronics Engineering OREngineering related fields is plus.

Experience

0~2 years’ experience on customer field service.

Personal skills

1. Good communication and problem solving skills
2. Work well both in a team and as an individual
3. Good English capability in reading, writing and speaking
4. Japanese/Korean language will be a plus
