Job Description

●Service coordinator work :
Manage service order (SO) end-to-end process, including communications with internal and external customers.
Billable labor & parts sales.
Spare parts sales.
●SMS support and training :
Be SMS key user, support pilot testing activities
SMS & SAP support, including escalation and problem solving, authorization requests for end users.
SMS applications (time-writing / Material handling / Service Order creation) trainings to end users.
●Business support :
Option and special deal support
Exceed ASML Spec SO support
Business administration & documentation support (DST, SLA, quotation, install-base data maintenance).
●Office / GA support :
Order office supplies
CS supports (e.g. Easybuy PR creation for office/Fab supplies, visitors’ clean room item preparation supports)
Office administration
Data analysis / data monitoring and reporting

Education

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, or comparable.

Experience

3+ years of administrative work experience preferred.

Personal skills

●English skill (verbal and written)
●Microsoft application skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
●Sets priorities and structures daily operations, plans ahead and keeps deadlines.
