Job Mission

The Customer Support DUV WW Upgrades Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, execution and completion of machine commercial upgrade activities at the customer’s site (Pre-fingerprint through Customer Support Request (CSR) in a safe, quality oriented, predictable and efficient manner.

Within ASML, the sector Customer Support (CS) is responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of ASML systems at customer locations. One of the departments in this sector is DUV Worldwide (WW) Upgrades, which is responsible for providing technical upgrade support to customers and service engineers within the Customer Support organization. The DUV WW Upgrades Coordinator will be responsible for the regional coordination of upgrade operations.

Job Description

-Partner and collaborate with Hardware/Recovery/Lead Engineers, Generalists, Material Handlers, Local Service Coordinator (LSC), local office and higher technical groups (Global Support Center, Development & Engineering, etc.) and will take operational direction from the Regional Project Manager.
-Deliver consistent daily reporting of upgrade progress and issues to all relevant stakeholders via the Zero-error Repeat Game Plan (ZRGP) document.
-Transfer knowledge of the newly upgraded system to the local CS regional office and obtain sign off to indicate transfer of the machine back to local office responsibility.
-Create post upgrade evaluation reports detailing all issues encountered including resolutions, lessons learned during the upgrade and post machine performance data.
-Identify and propose implementation of safety and efficiency improvements that will enhance our predictability in upgrade execution timing.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Experience

Preferred: 3-5 years experience in the semiconductor industry and or working on Electronic, Mechatronic systems.
