Job Mission

Field service focus on tool performance of customer fab. From system install till warranty end and contract start. Our daily with SMART method on field operation. We co-work with different department to make high performance system on customer site.

Job Description

1.Present Daily , Weekly , Quarterly ,and Annually Prevent maintainin customer side
2.Report abnormal tools status
3.Tool's Base line data collection and instant issue handling
4.Attend HMI Boot camp training course
5.Basic trouble-shooting handling and root cause analysis
6.8D report writing
7.Tool installation , maintained and trouble-shooting
8.Understanding customer requirement and supporting
9.On duty/On call sheet required
10.Should expect to spend more than 50% of the time inside the clean room working with mechanical and electrical equipment

Education

1.Bachelor Above

2.Major in science-related fields.

Computer Science and Information Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Electronics Engineering OREngineering related fields is plus.

Experience

3~10 years’ experience on customer field service.

Personal skills

1. Good communication and problem solving skills
2. Work well both in a team and as an individual
3. Good English capability in reading, writing and speaking
4. Japanese language will be a plus

2.Have initiative to communicate with colleagues and learn from them
