Today, ASML in Berlin has 1,600 employees, is a major ASML R&D and production facility with expertise in optics and wafer chuck technology.
Within the CRE team, you will be responsible for all contracts to be locally concluded. You will ensure, through working closely with the purchasing and legal divisions, professional procurement, as well as contract, performance and supplier management for all soft & hard services. You will contribute to keeping ASML's fixed assets, buildings, land and services at a constant level through continuously optimizing the supply chains.
At the core of your role is the consistent upkeep of an aligned, standardized, purpose-driven, agile and forward-looking collaboration with our suppliers and vendors through paying special attention to working together in partnerships.
One of your first challenges will be supporting the Integrated Facility Management (IFM) implementation process and onboarding our soft & hard services partners.
This exciting and newly created role will involve interdivisional work as well as having to work closely with our Dutch company headquarters.

Contract management

Managing contracts and budgets based on our contractual standards

Supporting the specialist divisions in all questions relating to supplier contracts

Structural alignment of delivered supplier performance with specifications by measuring and evaluating contract performance (budget, KPIs, performance)

Execution of sometimes highly complex tendering and contracting processes

Preparation of audits

Implementation, management and update of a contract management database and performance management system

Introduction of uniform methods for contract and performance management in close harmony with our purchasing division
Supply chain management

Operational management and continuous optimization of the supply chains for all outsourced soft & hard services

Upkeep of aligned, standardized, purpose-driven, agile and forward-looking collaboration with suppliers

Building strong relationships with suppliers, developing partnership with suppliers and setting up a professional relationship network

Planning and implementing all necessary actions based on the strategic fundamentals in commercial real estate (safety, total cost of ownership, flexibility, commercial suitability, well-being and sustainability)

Integrating processes for innovation and continual improvement of collaboration with suppliers.

Your profile
-
Completed bachelor's/master's degree in business management, technology, facility management or an equivalent qualification

At least five years of relevant experience in contract and supplier management in an international high-tech or construction sector

Advanced basic knowledge of the financial sector and contract law

Team player with excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

Active entrepreneurship and a keen eye for innovations and visions

Strongly results-orientated with a corresponding sense of responsibility
