Are you the manager that can drive the Customer Supply Chain service portfolio to deliver impact that is valuable for our customers and contributes the profitability of ASML and manage the Operational Expense of Customer Supply Chain Services?

Job Mission

You will develop and implement the Customer Supply Chain service portfolio together with key stakeholders in the customer value chain e.g., Business Lines (BL’s), Sales, Customer Support (CS). You will be challenged on how to deliver measurable customer satisfaction through your portfolio of service products within a unique and highly demanding environment where performance, availability and cost are driving forces. You will manage the service OPEX with your supply chain partners and drive cost reduction roadmaps through our supply chain.

Job Description

-Drive service portfolio in full alignment with different BL’s, covering customer supply chain requirements
-Steer customer roadmap in aligned with CS and Sales and secure ambition targets on both performance and costs
-Provide service proposals in line with product definition and financial targets
-Drive & monitor the overall CSCM OPEX and ensure costs are in line with budget
-Initiate improvement actions to reduce the supply chain costs


Relevant Master degree (e.g Industrial Engineering & Management Science, Business Administration, Supply chain or Engineering)


-5-10 years relevant experience in a large international company (industry or consultancy), ideally Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations or Procurement background
-Knowledge of business complexity, supply chain and/or relevant industry
-A tactical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills, decision making skills, change management skills, people management skills and project management skills
-Analytical and able to organize and prioritize workload

Context of the position

The Customer Supply Chain Management (CSCM) team is responsible for meeting service level agreements (SLAs) with customers. System downtime costs customers up to a million USD per day so SLAs are extremely tight, with downtime waiting for parts and tools limited to as little as 20 minutes per system per week. CSCM manages such challenges in a global network with thousands of unique spare parts and delivers true customer satisfaction through differentiated and affordable logistics services. ASML’s aggressive time-to-market strategy and increasing system functionality means machines are often upgraded at the customer during their lifetime. CSCM’s highly educated workforce drives planning and execution of the logistics aspects of commercial upgrades, field change orders, machine shipments and transfers.
