Introduction

Key expert in application team to support customer
Leading critical escalation and be able to manage customerexpectation in proper way
Define and drive customer requirements for existingor evaluation products based on technical intimacy with the customer.
Be familiar with advanced technique of lithographyand distribute the knowledge within apps team
Engage with ASML 2nd line competence teamand VHV headquarter to define the solution roadmap to drive semiconductortechnology
Engage with each BL on business development andidentify improvement potentials of ASML products and benefit our customers
Adopt creative approach when facing challenge, beenthusiasm to explore the unknown area in new technology
Drive implementation of CS Apps community’s visionand mission
Be expert in 2 or more competence as holisticapplication engineer
Be able to work and coordinate across departments toensure smooth troubleshooting process
Be able to on-call / shift work in customerenvironment.

Minimum a BS University degree in electronics, engineering, physics, optics, or any related fields.
At least 5-7 years’ professional experience in Semiconductor manufacturing environment with a strong emphasis on – lithography, metrology or process integration, etc..
Having direct experience with ASML DUV, EUV, Apps products is preferred.
Strong technical background, drive towards collaboration and solutions.
Strong customer focus intimacy and ability to manage customer relationships;
Strong communication skills to collaborate with different stakeholders internally (AT, BDM, Project team, VHV headquarter, etc.) and external customers.
Take ownership and accountability to achieve proper team output.
Can work under pressure, especially critical escalation handling
Flexible to travel support customers in China (travel frequency ~20%)
Excellent written and spoken English skills.
