Metrology & Control Manager

Define problem for customer.Generate actionplan and solution recommendation for customers.
Provide support to customers in resolvingissues/problems to help them maximize the performance and use of ASMLproducts.Document procedures and processes to aid customers in theuse of ASML products.
Guide customers in tests to ensure that they areperformed in an efficient manner.Conduct data analysis to ensurethat the correct conclusions are drawn from test data and results reportedto the customers and ASML.
Organize short and long term tests to obtain newinformation on new, advanced techniques/technology of interest to ASML andthe customers.
Meet with customers and internal organization tomaintain effective communication with commitment to keep all involved andaffected parties informed of progress.
Prepare presentations to provide new customersupport and assist sales in technical presentations.
Write reports, technical briefs or memos documenting activity to enhance the service capability, efficiency, and service development.

Minimum a BS University degree inelectronics, engineering, physics, optics, or any related fields.
Prefer 10+ years working experience insemiconductor fab or 8+ years related working experience for semiconductorequipment vendor
Metrology tool and fab automationexperience is a plus .
Able to communicate with customerandable to read, write, fluently communicate in English
Can work under pressure (for instance,Averagely, 10% overtime work and 2 weeks night shift per year in case ofemergency)
