Job Mission

ASML is looking for a Project Lead to join our Supply Chain Management (SCM) team.The Project Lead will represent Supply Chain towards our internal stakeholders and suppliers. Responsible to manage the overall supply chain aspect of complex projects. Optimize the departmental processes, drive efficiency, define standards and take the lead in projects to drive improvements in-line with the future vision of the SCM department.

Job Description

-Provide a single point interface between Manufacturing, Planning, Suppliers, and Procurement to align and execute/optimize flatness center deliverables.
-Provide expert guidance on overall project schedules and deliverables:
Prioritizing work center activities, define fit gaps.
Escalate and be part of the team to resolve issues, maintain schedule, and focus on customer requirements.
-Report to business leaders on various topics such as supply chain issues, CAPEX progress, work center readiness.
-Drive continuous improvement with supply chain analytics, reporting and metrics to enable data driven decisions:
Contribute to operational metrics (cycle time, labor hours, on-time delivery etc.).
-Supply base management:
Lead supplier activities with key suppliers.
Coordinate supplier/on-site technical or logistical escalations w/ D&E (push/pull D&E representatives, as required).
-Build and maintain WIP tracker, based on Production Engineering inputs (Cycle time/yield) and output demands in context of ONE implementation.
-Review/update capability plans with Operations Project Lead/Production Engineers to ensure goals can be met.
-Sole key output interface inter-factories.
-Liaison to Central Planning:
Delivery gates, start/output dates, etc.
Contribute to maintaining/publishing long-term output plan.
-Contributing to capital, resource and capacity planning (TAP):
Coordinate packaging availability.
-NPI introductions management:
Coordinate NPI activities with PLM, D&E and Ops.
-End-to-end knowledge to set up reverse process flows.
-Work with key stakeholders to shape our future supply chain and work center roadmap.


Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain or Engineering required, Master's Degree or equivalent experience preferred


-A minimum of 7 years demonstrated operation-based experience within supply chain or project management is required including 2 years of direct supply base management.
-Additional 2 years of experience in new product introduction in a manufacturing environment, SAP preferred.
-Strong lean manufacturing background.
