Job Mission:
Support the NPR Procurement activities for ASML. To focus on achieving financial and non-financial goals that are aligned within ASML’s Sourcing organization and ASML stakeholders.
Jobholder analyses and supports the local supply management of all respectiveNon product related commodities (e.g. professional services, facility management, travel, logistics, IT, etc.). Advices and drives demand side opportunities. He or she represents the NPR organization and helps assuring the realization of strategic, tactical and operational goals as derived from the procurement category strategies.

Job Description:
The Source Lead is responsible for further strengthening and development of ASML’s Non Product Related (NPR) Procurement performance and will operate in various supply markets . He or she is responsible to support driving the realization of strategic, tactical and operational NPR goals in the fast growing Semiconductor market in China, with fully compliance to ASML NPR Policy and Anti-Bribery Corruption program.
Co-develop and supports the implementation and roll-out of the category strategies, builds long term relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Safeguards the alignment with suppliers and stakeholders.
The Source Lead has interfaces with local business stakeholders, in facility management professional services, logistics and other NPR area’s as well as in Supply Chain Management, Finance and Legal. Analyzes & supports a timely balance between committed supplier capacity and expected market developments. Manages procurement processes and drives for continuous improvements (savings, contract coverage, and liquidity) based upon the value sourcing and QLTC-S methodology. He or she also holds regional and global roles to connect to Asia Regional Head and Global Sr. Management.

Education:
You have a Bachelor or Master-degree in a relevant area (e.g. Business Management, Economics, Supply Chain Management, combined with Procurement related courses)

Experience:
You have at least 10 years of work experience in a professional, global, complex matrix, and multi-cultural environment. Excellent analyst and procurement with proven ability to successfully manage high level, high tech sourcing projects, and bidding processes. Efficient, structured, accurate and able to maintain overview, assess priorities and focus on concrete results, with value added deliverables, by using Multi-disciplinary approaches.High expectation on the Source Lead to equip in-depth experience of NPR Domain, understands the supplier market.

Takes ownership of the assigned tasks, good communicator on all levels, well developed consultancy skills combined with a result focused can do mentality. You are a team player who creates commitment and partnership with internal and external concerned parties. Initiation of continuous improvement is essential. You know how to influence without power. Analytical, structured, accurate and able to maintain overview, assess priorities and focus on concrete results. To be familiar with SAP/Ariba ERP System facilitates you to phase in quickly. Your Chinese and English language skills are excellent. 3rd foreign language is a plus.

The holder of this position reports to the China NPR procurement head

Other Information:
The global NPR (non-product related or indirect) procurement team is responsible for sourcing, supplier management- and relationships and contracting across all non-product related goods & services globally in all 3 major regions. The team consists of procurement professionals with a can-do mentality and capable of building bridges with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. This function is position in China (Shanghai) and will be responsible for formulating regional category strategies as well as implementing global category strategies.
