Job Description

In the position of CM(Configuration Management) Application and Process Specialist, you are responsible for providing means and methods across multiple system applications to enhance configuration management and knowledge sharing. You are the bridge between CM and IT to support the design and implementation of processes and tooling, introduce new functions, and enhance cross-platform communication.

-Manage the day-to-day process enforcement, administrative support, technical support, and training of current CM process and tools
-Evaluate current business practices and functional requirement, analyze ways to improve
-Align with stakeholders on processes, roles and ways of working, support define requirements for Configuration Managementand Knowledge Management (processes & supporting systems)
-Prepare, organize and execute system tests for newplatforms and feature
-Implement and documentway of working
-Review and Audit Cross-Platform Database integration plan


Bachelor or Master degree in Information Technology or Business Administration with proven experience in Content Management processes, PLM systems and Configuration Management .


-Experience with Content Management and PLM applications in a complex, high-tech development environment is preferred;

-Ability to document, validate, challenge business requirements and translate them into functional IT specifications

-Experience with Application Program Interfaces (APIs) and programming skills is a plus

This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings.
