Change Specialist secures quality of engineering change planning and implementation while minimizing implementation cost and processing time. Change Specialist work side by side with project team from ECR( EngineeringChange Request) stagefor Go-or-No Go decision, and plan potential ECO(Engineering Change Order) in a projected and systematic way.

Job Description

Prepare Change Request and Change Order with Project team for implementation in Development and Operation
Prepare agenda and chair the Change Control Board (CCB) meeting
Coordinateproject team to establish a change implementation plan
Drive execution in close alignment with Project Lead(s) and/or Product Development Manager
Review documents for completeness and accuracy
Synchronizes BOM/item between BOM platform and ERP platform
Initiate, monitor and control the implementation of approved Change orders
Contributes to safeguard the Configuration Management policy in daily execution
Other duties as required ,
the change specialist will also organize and schedule technical training, coordinates logistics such as handouts, evaluation forms and instructional materials
part time as site manger assistant to handle clerical tasks as prepare documents, organize meetings, take notes and arrange itineraries as needed


BS with 3-years work experience or higher degree in Electronic, mechanical background


Experience in operations, ability to support change and Implementation planning across D&E and operations envisioning possible impact downstream
Experience in Configuration Management with complex Bills of Material
Knowledge of product design workflow relevant to the semiconductor equipment manufacturing process is a plus
Effective written and oral communication skill in English, Bilingual in English and Chinese required
Proficient knowledge of Windows XP, Microsoft Word, Excel; Power Point
Highly organized multitasks , excellent attention to detail, willing to learn and to grow with the company
Prior experience handling office responsibilities will be a plus
