Job Mission

This role will identify and implement key strategic initiatives supporting the word wide Operating Plan and business metrics aimed at; customer in-stock levels, inventory control and cost accuracy across the organization to enable replenishment excellence and full compliance to customer expectations. Interface to customer’s operational and efficiently achieve sales and service targets that support the goal of achieving on time delivery and strategic business priorities.

Job Description

Key elements of the job include:

1.Identify and develop comprehensive replenishment strategies toward achieving/exceeding organizational and customer goals to drive an enhanced customer experience, reduction of inventory waste and deliver strong service levels and inventory targets across the entire portfolio.
2.Provide oversight and accountability for daily activities of the Customer Logistics Team to achieve optimal Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
3.Deep understanding of customer supply chain requirements and drive towards customer intimacy as part of global customer account teams.
4.Drive supply chain operation to secure plan feasibility and realization, as well continuous improvements on efficiency.
5.Financial management, realizing required performance within agreed budgets, and optimize inventory including excess and obsolesce in high tech environment with high pace of engineering changes.
6.Support new product introductions and industrialization, to enable customers access to new technology, and realizing targets in terms of cost and availability.
7.Manage performance and development of team and individuals.


Master’s degree


10 years relevant experience in a large international company, ideally Supply Chain Management, Operations or Procurement/Sales background

Personal skills

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven effectiveness communicating and presenting to large groups and senior leadership.
  • Fluent in English
  • Work well in a high-pressure environment
