Introduction

ASML is the world's leading provider of lithography systems for the semiconductor industry, manufacturing complex machines that are critical to the production of integrated circuits or chips.
The sector Customer Support (CS) is responsible for the maintenance of ASML systems on customer locations and supporting the customer in the use of these systems in his production process.
Within CS the Global Training Center delivers and develops technical training for all customer support engineers.

Ensure sufficient, high quality training for the customer support organization and our customers.

Job Description

Responsibilities:
•Manages team of trainer instructors / developers
•Manages internaland external (customers, training suppliers) Taiwanese stakeholders.
•Monitors and manages financial budget and ensures cost efficient operation
•Supports EUV development and delivery training strategy

Education

Master’s, Bachelor degree in technical area or business administration or equivalent experience

Experience

Extensive project, change, training or operational management experience (> 10 years) in a high-tech equipment industry.

Context of the position

The Manager EUV Training Center reports to the CS GTC Manager (in Veldhoven).
