Introduction

Within ASML the sector Customer Support (CS) is responsible for the maintenance, repair and continuous improvement of ASML systems at customer locations.
One of the departments in this sector is CS NPI EUV. The CS NPI EUV team prepares and manages the CS part of the execution of new system maintenance of new ASML machines at customer sites.

Job Mission

To support the service action of leading edge lithographic systems, at the customer site, within specification, on time, with quality exceeding the customer’s expectations.

Job Description

•Ensure all required material are in the FAB on time.
•Ensure all tooling and defect material is returned and SO’s closed prior to completion of the action.
•Solve incorrect deliveries and material delivery issues. Report defects, missing or wrong parts and tools, and take corrective and preventive action.
•Conduct administrative processing of transactions such as maintaining the build-in/build-out list in order to maintain a correct configuration of the installed machine in SAP.
•Research materials in SAP, trace the history of materials in SAP, and escalate materials that are not properly structured in SAP.
•Prepare and provide onsite training with regards to new learning and new ways of working (WOW).
•Owns SO issues and resolve them and make sure SO can be closed when the work in the FAB is complete.

1-2years working as a Material Handler and familiar with SAP.
