Payroll Specialist

- Keep personnel files, maintaining master data from joining to leaving the company
- Compile, assess and record payroll-relevant employee data in the SAP HCM payroll program
- Support and implement updates to the SAP HCM time management system
- Responsible for correct and timely payroll accounting
- Prepare information, certification and reporting obligations, e.g. vis-à-vis social insurance, tax office and authorities
- Contact person for employees and managers on payroll-related issues
- Post payroll data and maintain and reconcile financial accounts
- Process the A1 electronic application and certification procedure
- Contact person for company audits
- Collaborate on analyses and reports and other statistics for specified business areas
- Cooperate with SAP consultants in the areas of payroll and time management
- Actively cooperate and support various HR projects
Your qualifications
- Business management training, further training as a payroll accountant or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in payroll accounting as well as in labor, tax and social security law
- Experienced with SAP HCM in the payroll accounting, personnel administration and time management modules
- Experienced in MS Office applications
