This position is for a Production Engineering Project lead with innovative. Candidate will work with cross-sectors engineers to introduce new product to production floor.

-Responsible for leading production engineering to support development engineers to converge on an overall design solution that addresses comprehensive production manufacturability with high level of diagnostics for troubleshooting.
-Develop Manufacturing readiness plans to introduce new products into Production. These plans include timelines and key milestones for proto readiness and ramp to pilot and volume.
-Develop budgetary needs for facilities, capital equipment and headcount.
-Communicate Manufacturing readiness plans to Business Line and Management.
-Responsible for leading production engineering group developing and maintaining module manufacturing processes.
-Responsible for leading production engineering group investigating technical issues both analytically using design documentation and physically with hands-on in a production environment.
-Responsible for leading production engineering group supporting operations to deliver modules on time that meet high standards of quality.
-Report production status, issues, gaps and barriers to Sr. Management. Timely escalate in case of issue that can’t be solved within the own circle of influence.
-Drive cross-sector teams to achieve high standards of quality for both product and tooling.
Minimum BS in Engineering with MS or MBA preferred, or equivalent experience.
-Minimum 5 years of experience developing manufacturing processes for new products, including at least 3 years leading a group or a major project.
-Experience in developing Manufacturing readiness plans to introduce new products into Production.
-Experience in leading cross-sector teams to implement Manufacturing readiness plans for new product industrialization.
-Experience in developing budgetary needs for facilities, capital equipment and headcount.
-Experience in managing new product introduction and industrialization.
-Background in optical metrology engineering is preferred.
-Background in opto-mechanical metrology equipment/interface to data acquisition is preferred.
-Ability to inspire and to coach individuals and groups to achieve career development and performance targets.
-Possess strong leadership and ownership characteristics – demonstrated commitment to achieving results on time.
-Have strong written and oral communicative skills – ability to communicate effectively to your team and to senior management.
-Demonstrated “team player” with a quality orientation and interpersonal skills.
-Capability to interface with multidisciplinary groups (including senior leadership), and be willing to take on responsibility, follow through and keep multiple simultaneous projects on schedule.
