Manage the Training team to develop and deliver effective, efficient and attractive trainings for the TWINSCAN and EUV Factories conform agreed scope, time and budget. Drive together with EF and TF management that each employee in TWINSCAN and EUV Factory (with more than 2750 employees in total) is trained on time to acquire the required knowledge, skills and attitude to execute his/her job well and safe.
- manage the EF and TF business stakeholders at director and sr. management level and get agreement on the main training deliverables, scope, timelines, budget and KPI’s to monitor progress.
- manage the Training team (35 internal and external employees) to develop and deliver effective, efficient and attractive trainings for the TWINSCAN (TF) and EUV Factories (EF) conform agreed scope, time and budget
- secure that each employee in TWINSCAN and EUV Factory has an agreed training plan to acquire the required knowledge and skills on time to execute his/her job well and safe.
-maintain the Manufacturing Training mission and vision
-construct, maintain and execute a roadmap to realize the Manufacturing Training mission and vision
-forecast required resources and budget (incl. cross charges to other sectors/departments) as input for the TAP (“The Annual Plan”)
-secure that training processes are maintained, agreed with internal suppliers and customers and embedded in ASML organization.
-continue to build up high capable and motivated team of training professionals
-organize the Training department with clear functions, roles, responsibilities, authorizations and reporting lines
-set personal targets of all direct reports: Group Lead, Project Leads and Training Support Office team
-motivate, develop and support the Training team to realize their targets
-decide on make/buy for training development and delivery
-select suppliers in cooperation with Procurement
-manage suppliers and consultants
-drive innovation on training methodology and training tools (like VR/AR) to support effective, efficient and attractive trainings
-secure that best practices regarding training development and delivery are shared within Operations through the Training Competence Center
Technical Higher professional education or University
10+ years of experience in managing a Training department in a High Tech production company.
Strong leadership and project management skills
Ability to motivate, inspire, coach and develop the Training team
Strong communication skills (up to director level)
