The Customer Support EUV Operations Change Projects department is focused on the successful launch of our new EUV technology by development and deployment of the operational service strategy. This includes operational culture, performance management and process excellence. We work closely with local customer sites and Service teams in Asia, Europe and US. Our core business includes the delivery and optimization of 3rd line escalation support, the development of solutions and standards to support service delivery operations. This includes capacity and capabilities blueprints, operational excellence road as well as tooling to streamline local daily processes and interfaces with different CS segments and company sectors. We offer 3rd part service management. Representation and alignment with global EUV programs, organization and projects.
The Internship mission is to assist CS EUV Operations team in improving communications to other CS Central and Regional teams. You will be responsible for setting up the communication framework for communications toward various internal and external (ASML Suppliers) audiences in-line with ASML Policies. Branding of CS EUV Operations team, content, messaging and projects. You will use social media and other communication platforms and channels for current and potential One EUV Operations VOICE. Create graphics and templates for different sorts of communications (PowerPoints, Emails, Newsletter, SharePoint sites, Video messages, yammer, etc.). You will assist CS EUV Operations staff with communication and promoting different CS EUV Ops projects, initiatives and activities. Assisting CS EUV Projects with driving change with clear and effective messaging toward different audiences.
You are a Bachelor or Master student in Communication or Marketing. You are energetic, inventive, hard-working, social media and web-savvy expert, you are familiar with multi-media, graphic and video editing applications.
This is an apprentice internship for 5 days per week with a duration of 4 months minimum with a starting date in February 2020.
Please keep in mind that we can only consider students (who are enrolled at a school during the whole internship period) for our internships and graduation assignments.
