Social media marketing is becoming more important to show the outside world what ASML drives and makes a unique company to work for.To manage the content steams we are looking for a program manager social media who not only can manage the daily social media operations but also can ensure that we create great value for all stakeholders.

Job Description

The Program Manager Social Media will be responsible for day-to-day community and channel management, along with the development of engaging and exciting digital content.

  • Partner with agencies and the internal content team, Labor market communications and corporate communications to develop and optimize our social media strategy and content strategy for integrated storytelling and recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Evaluate current and emerging efforts on social channels. Provide reports about the performance.
  • Utilize social listening tools to generate insights and summarize insights and conversations to create actionable, reports.
  • Brief agencies to develop always on content and campaigns and make sure the proposals meet our branding & content guidelines. Perform daily QA checks of platforms, set up a framework how to interact with the audience, attract & develop an ambassador network
  • Create and maintain content calendars and publish on schedule as agreed. Make optimizations to content calendar based on community engagement or actual events.


Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications.


  • At least 5 year experience in managing social media for a consumer or B2B brand.
  • (Near) Native English speaker and writer.
  • Strong marketing and communications experience working in cross-functional teams to develop a content strategy and deploy content across multiple channels.
  • Proven track record of being the digital voice for a major technology brand.

This role is positioned within our Labor Market Communications team.
