Job Mission

The role consist of 2 parts:

  • The project you will be working on is the deployment of the new Change process, which ispart of a larger Configuration Management roll-outin close cooperation with the ONE program.
  • Increase maturity level and capability of the Configuration Managementdepartment. Contribute to the overall development of the CM department and work with the different management layers on the required organizational developments.

Job Description

As a Transition Manager you are responsible for:

  • Aligns and agrees activities with the Roll-out PL and the staff members
  • Designs, coordinates and executes the program’s Transition Strategy & Plan
  • Coordinate communication activities and reviews and delivers the required communication materials
  • Pro-actively leverages and maintains a change agent network
  • Enables, supports, and challenges CM department (and leadership around the CM department) in their roles by e.g. coaching, attendance of meetings, example and providing tools.
  • Defines and executes appropriate interventions to mitigate Change Management risks
  • Acts as ‘sparring partner’ for the CM department (all levels)


Technical studies with relevant experience


  • at least 5-8 years of work experience,with at least 3-5 years’ experience in specific Change Management roles
  • knowledge of the most common Change Management theories & practices
  • knowledge of / experience with Lean principles and Change (Lean journey)
  • experience in working on projects in a technical industrial environment (manufacturing)
  • proven coaching experience

Context of the position

The Transition Manageris positioned in the CM Organization governed by the CM Board, with executives across the sectors (Development & Engineering and Operations). You will work together with CM experts, trainers and change board members (including PDM, financial controller, marketing, supply chain, sourcing, factory representative, etc.).
